The petitioner seeks bail in Kinjer P.S. Case No. 54 of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The informant with his wife went to visit the house of his brother after locking his new built house when the informant reached near the house of Ram Binay Singh he heard sound of knocking. The informant identified the petitioner and others in the light of cell. The accused persons made indiscriminate firing and also raised slogans against constitution of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that none was injured in the firing. The petitioner is in jail for about 4

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43287 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 months. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Kinjer P.S. Case No. 54 of 2010.
