Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Kiul P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the police officer who has alleged that while he was on duty on railway platform alarm was raised when the train started and three persons were found in suspicious condition and on being chased, two managed to fled away but one was apprehended and from his possession two mobiles, one blade and Rs. 2,300/- was recovered.

No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Kuil, in connection with G.R.P.
