In view of such, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 11.1.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabua, in Misc. Case no. 33 of 2010 by which he has granted maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2.

However, it will be open to the Parties to approach the Court below in terms of Section 127 Cr. P.C.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision application is disposed off.
