The allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed rape upon the victim girl.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim girl under section 164 Code of Criminal Procedure has not supported the allegation leveled against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.8.2016.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State, who opposed the prayer for bail.

In the view of the fact stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
