Mr.Bharat Bhushan, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.09.2022.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he called the deceased on the day he was killed and the dead body of the deceased was subsequently recovered.

There is no direct evidence against the petitioner except for confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21425 of 2023(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IVth, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022.
