The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner claiming arrears arising out of 1st & 2nd time bound promotion, which was granted to the petitioner vide memo no. 1588 dated 03.09.2005.

Ms. Archna Meenakshi, learned Govt. Pleader - 6 appearing for the State referring to paragraph nos. 10 , 11 & 12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 & 3 submits that arrears arising out of 1st and 2nd time bound promotion of the petitioner has already been paid and the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed.
