After hearing sound of firing informant, wife of deceased who was sleeping away from deceased woke up and in torch light had seen so many persons fleeing therefrom including the petitioner. From the order impugned which has been passed after perusal of the case diary substantiate the aforesaid theme.

That being so, petitioner Manju Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
