The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No. 05/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was not present in the car from which the recovery was made. He is not the owner of the car. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.21832 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1st, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No. 05/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
