2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 121 , 132, 109, 352, 324 ( 4 ) of the BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner along with other co-accused persons attacked police force due to which
