JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to assail the impugned order before appropriate forum. Without commenting upon whether the petitioners can maintain their grievance before any other forum, it goes without saying that the petitioners shall have such liberty since I have not gone into the merits of the case.
This writ application has remained pending since its filing on 09.12.2014 in this Court. In such circumstance, it is
Patna High Court CWJC No.20858 of 2014(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 observed that if any question of limitation arises for the petitioners to maintain their application before any other forum, the fact that the petitioners were pursuing their remedy before this Court may be kept in mind.
This writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn with above observation.
