This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail as earlier by order dated 20.12.2017, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 62376 of 2017 and thereafter again by order dated 25.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 15574 of 2018, as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application.
