Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners kidnapped 17 years old minor daughter of the informant.

Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case and has specified the act and conduct of the petitioner in the alleged offence.

Considering the gravity of allegation and section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
