The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head whereas co-accused Deepak Kumar gave Dab blow on his waist. When the wife of informant came to rescue she was also assaulted.
It is submitted that the injury report as contained in Annexure-3 shows that injuries have been found simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner's side lodged Sonepur P.S.Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50400 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 No.163 of 2010 at earlier point of time.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.282 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
