In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47 of the Excise Act.

As per allegation, the police recovered 11 carton having 45 bottles of 200 Ml. of Masaledar country made liquor, 405 bottles of Sada country made liquor and 40 bottles of 180 Ml. English liquor from the Maruti van. The petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2016.

Looking to the period of custody and the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Tinku

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45789 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 Kumar @ Prabhat Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016.
