The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that his daughter was burnt to death by the accused persons including the petitioner herein who happens to be the Chacheri Sas of the deceased.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. It has come in course of investigation that as a result of dispute amongst the members of the family, the deceased burnt herself. The petitioner is in custody since 31.11.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations in the FIR, the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner being in custody for more than 1 year since 31.10.2021 and investigation in the case having concluded, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 244 of 2020 (arising out of Isuapur P.S. Case no. 84 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Saran at Chapra.
