Three country made pistols are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and taking note of the aforesaid fact, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7317 of 2016 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 27.09.2015 and up till now his trial could not be concluded. It is further submitted that earlier three cases were lodged against the petitioner but all the aforesaid cases were of minor offences.
