Kamil Akhtar, learned AC to AAG-5 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that he has received instruction from the petitioner that the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Patna has proceeded to make adjustment of transportation bill of the petitioner while he

Patna High Court CWJC No.6588 of 2019(6) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 was posted at Gaya, Bhagalpur and Banka which is likely to be adjusted within two weeks.

3. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Food Corporation submits that he too has received instruction from the Managing Director that the process for adjusting the transportation bill is already under consideration and the same is expected to be done within two weeks and accordingly NOC will be given to the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission made by respective counsels who have jointly informed this Court that the process for adjustment of transportation bill relating to the petitioner is already under consideration and it is expected that the same will be finally processed and communicated to the petitioner by making payment within a period of four weeks.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of considering the concession made by the respondent as well as the information given by the petitioner.
