2. The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent to release the amount of compensation in view of the letter dated 28.09.2022 of the respondent no.3.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has received 80% of the compensation but rest amount has still not been paid. Counsel submits that he filed representation with regard to his grievances (Annexure-3) before the District Magistrate, Begusarai but no action has taken place till date.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5823 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai and District Magistrate, Begusarai is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 8 weeks thereafter. Petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his grievances with all the relevant documents as he has mentioned in the writ petition.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
