JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioners is of commission of theft in the shop of the informant and others. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is the petitioners is not named in the F.I.R. and they are not put on TIP. Further submission is that though they are accused in one more case, but they are on bail in that case and in this case he is in judicial custody since 10.07.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67119 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
