Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 537 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 420, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11/56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is neither the owner or the driver of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 537 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
