The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. case No. 10/2020 registered u/s 341, 324, 307, 379, 120B,34 of the IPC and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

The informant alleged that Lawkush Yadav, Amit Kumar @ Durgesh and Prabhat Kumar came on a motor cycle and made four firing on the informant but the informant began to flee away. The informant got two fire arm injuries, one on thigh and another on knee. The accused persons fled away towards Dinara. The informant further alleged that Vicky Singh, the petitioner, was liner of the occurrence who was watching the occurrence while sitting on his motor cycle. Lavkush Yadav

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19626 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 snatched wallet of the informant from his pocket. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be informer and facilitator of the accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is not alleged to have made firing, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. case No. 10/2020.
