The case of the petitioner is that the State Government has utilized the land belonging to the family of the petitioner in constructing a high school at Salempur, Eksila. He wants the school should be named after the ancestor of the petitioner as Ganeshi Sah-Maheshi Sah High School, Salempur Eksila. Obviously, it is a claim which can appropriately be considered by the concerned respondents. This Court, in writ jurisdiction, cannot direct the State respondents to do so. Having realized the same counsel for the petitioner submits that the application be disposed of permitting the petitioner to agitate his
Patna High Court CWJC No.21653 of 2011 (3) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 grievance as raised in this application before the appropriate/competent authority of the State respondents for consideration.
The writ application is disposed of with the said liberty.
