JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 13/04/2015 passed by the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 32/14 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a; 26(i)/35 of the Arms Act.

This case is of the year 2015 by which the cognizance has been taken. It appears that no stay order has been passed in the matter. Further, when the matter is called out, no one is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the matter before the Court. Therefore, it seems that the petitioners have lost interest
