2. The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 26.06.2014 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Majhaul in Bihar Raiyati Land Disputes Resolution Case No.94 of 2013.

3. Counsel for the State submits that an alternative remedy is available for the petitioner.

4. It transpires to this Court that under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010), the petitioner may avail remedy for his grievances before the Divisional Commissioner.

5. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to prefer his appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger within four weeks.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.

7. Delay, if any, during pendency of the writ petition is hereby directed to condoned.

8. It is also directed to the Divisional Commissioner, Munger that the appeal shall be decided within six months from the date of filing of the appeal.
