The defects as pointed out by the office is ignored for the present. However, the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks of regular Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence.
