2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2026, registered under Sections 140(3), 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Sections 6, 8, 12 of POCSO Act and u/s 9, 10, 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation is that girl aged about 17 years was taken away by the petitioner aged about 21 years and both of them married. She claimed that he has not entered into the physical relationship with her nor has

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim girl in her statement recorded u/s 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. stated that her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner in presence of informant and her family members. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.02.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State and informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, statement of the victim recorded u/s 180 and 183 of BNSS and clean antecedent of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District & Additional Sessions Judge VIcum-Exclusive Special Judge POCSO Act, Lakhisarai /concerned court below in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2026.
