Petitioner's claim is that upon her selection as Anganbari Sevika for Centre No. 121 in Rasen Village of District Buxur by selection letter dated 04.09.2013, bearing Memo No. 08, as contained in Annexure-1 series to the writ petition, she has not been allowed to discharge the duties of Sevika, and in this connection, she has made an application to the District Magistrate, Buxur at the District Janta Darbar on 10.07.2014, receipt of the application is Annexure-2 to the writ petition. The grievance is that, in spite of such application, no
Patna High Court CWJC No.20228 of 2014(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 remedial action has been taken. In view of the nature of grievance and the issue pending before the District Magistrate, Buxur at present, this Court is not called upon to adjudicate any issue as decision has to be taken by the District Magistrate, Buxur (Respondent No. 2).
Writ application is accordingly disposed of with the direction to Respondent No. 2 to pass final orders on the petitioner's grievance, noted above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Raj kishore/- U
