The petitioners, namely, Sundri Devi and Geeta Devi, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Vakil Yadav in the year 2006 but all the accused persons, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, killed his daughter and disposed of her dead body. It is submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the aunt of the husband of the deceased and the petitioner no. 2 is the married sister of the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The police, after investigation, submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioners but the Judicial Magistrate took cognizance.

No.40699 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are aunt and married sister of the husband of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Danapur in Dulhin Bazar P.S.
