Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Gautam Kumar and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused, Gautam Kumar and some others have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 20.02.2016 and the investigation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42503 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 592 of 2015.
