Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Sections 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the waist of the petitioner No.1, Pankaj Kumar. The two live cartridges and a motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner No. 2, Sanni

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioner no. 2, Sanni Kumar has clean antecedent but the petitioner No. 1, Pankaj Kumar is accused in one more criminal case as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 17.10.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Karora O.P.) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
