The petitioners seek bail in Roushanganj P.S. case No. 73 of 2016 under Section 366A, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioners and Arbind Bhuiyan kidnapped his sister for the purpose of marriage. The informant enquired from Ujjawal Bhuiyan, petitioner No.1, who disclosed that he returned after getting them sitted in the bus. It is submitted that the victim was in love with Arbind Bhuiyan and she left her house voluntarily and went along with Arbind Bhuiyan. The victim solemnized marriage with Arbind Bhuiyan and they are living together. The petitioners have

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are in jail since 12.06.2016, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in Roushanganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016.
