This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. On the date fixed the prosecution witnesses were in attendance but the petitioners-accused were not present in Court nor there was anyone to cross-examine the witnesses. Hence, the trial hampered. Hence, bail-bond of the petitioners was cancelled by the learned Court-below.
