Petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.134 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 50 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle alleged to be stolen. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. The motorcycle is registered in the name of father of petitioner. There was no complaint that motorcycle is stolen. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67744 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.134 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
