Petitioner is accused in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 323, 342, 307, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused Bijendra Singh allegedly fired causing injury to the informant. The petitioner was present at the time of occurrence along with other co-accused persons. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioner on the ground that in paragraph-10 of the case diary, eye witness has stated that petitioner was also present along with co-accused Bijendra Singh, who fired at the informant indiscriminately.
