The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/116/2020 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 108 litres of Nepali Saufi wine was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21462 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/116/2020.
