JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 292 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.11.2022.

It is alleged that while police were on patrolling duty, they raided the petitioner and recovered one country made pistol and one iron knife from his possession.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties
