Petitioner is accused in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 329 of 2013 registered under Sections 326 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness in the case. All witnesses are hearsay witness. It is also submitted that charge has already been framed in this case and petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 24.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
