JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The present application has been filed for correction in the prayer portion of the main bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 11154/2019 and the order dated 25.2.2019 granting bail to the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main bail application instead of "Nalanda P.S." it has wrongly been typed as "Rampur P.S." and as a result thereof the same error has occurred in the order dated 25.2.2019 granting bail to the petitioner.

Considering the innocent typographical error in the prayer portion of the main bail petition itself, let it be read as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20779 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 "Nalanda P.S." instead of "Rampur P.S."in the last paragraph of the order dated 25.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11154 of The order dated 25.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11154 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. With the aforesaid, the modification application stands allowed and disposed of.
