The defects as pointed by the office are being ignored for the present as the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects within a period of four weeks of regular Court.

Petitioner is accused in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing suspicious or contraband article has been recovered from the conscious

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
