This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner was caught and looted amount was recovered from his conscious possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chhatuni P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, stands rejected. However, the trial Court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SA/- U T
