The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 806 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one knife has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.01.2021. Investigation is complete.
