Patna High Court LPA No.12 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 3.11.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10259 of 2013, in future, if so advised. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the Letters Patent Appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file appropriate application in future, if so advised, for review of the order, dated 3.11.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10259 of 2013.
