19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned Assistant Solicitor General, Govt. of India. In compliance with earlier order, further show cause has been filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.3 and Opp.Party no.3, Sri J.P. Garg, Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission, Central Regional, Allahabad is also present in the Court. In the earlier show cause, which was filed on 18th December, 2014, Opp.Party no.3 had made it clear regarding compliance of the order. However, nothing was indicated regarding delayed compliance

Patna High Court MJC No.1134 of 2013 (7) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 and, as such, direction was issued to file supplementary show cause showing reason for delayed compliance. A detailed reason has been explained, which is apparent from the show cause filed on 16th January, 2015. The Court considers the same satisfactory. Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, of course belatedly, there is no reason to keep the matter pending. The petition stands disposed of. The personal appearance of Opp.Party no.3 is hereby dispensed with.
