The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buddha Colony P.S. case No. 176 of 2015 under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The director of Panabh Infotech Ltd. alleged that petitioner and 6-7 other persons were engaged for preparing health card but after some time they fled away after taking laptop and other articles of the company.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant engaged the petitioner and others for preparing health card but did not pay remuneration and that is why the petitioner left the work. The petitioner did not take away any article of the company.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10506 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ritu Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
