Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the order dated 02.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54509 of 2017, the petitioner shall move the court below for grant of bail who shall pass order according to law. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of in connection with Adhoura Police Station Case No. 35 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
