Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A), 53 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Ten bottles Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from shop of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 09-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016 to the
