Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims to be holding the post of Anganbadi Sevika and is aggrieved by the order dated 18.02.2015, passed by the District Programme Officer, Patna, remedy for her in the first instance would be before the appellate authority as laid down in the Anganbadi Sevika guidelines.

That being so, this writ application is wholly

It is, accordingly, dismissed.

The dismissal of this writ application however will not come in the way of the petitioner in filing an appeal and if she does so, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
