2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 379, 467, 468, 411/34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, co-accused Chotu @ Rahul took the truck of the informant on contract of Rs. 1,40,000/- per month and later on, he fled away with the said truck.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He is not named in the FIR. He has no concern with the alleged stolen
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28560 of 2024(3) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 truck and is under custody since 11.01.2024.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
