2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, all the FIR named and unknown accused persons including this petitioner surrounded the informant and asked him to sign a paper. It is further alleged that they pushed maternal uncle of the informant and one accused person intentionally hit him and drove the car over his stomach and fled away from there. When he was taken to

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Adya Pandey has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. She further submits that it has mistakenly been recorded in the impugned order that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents. It has further been submitted that there is admitted enmity between the parties. Her further submission is that the prosecution story is false apparent on its face. As per recorded allegation, three co-accused persons caught hold of the deceased and one co-accused ran over his four wheeler on the deceased but none of the persons who caught hold of the deceased, had suffered any kind of injury.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section

7. The learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
