The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 607C/2015 filed for offences punishable under Sections 120B, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation is that on the basis of Panchanama executed by Mukhiya and Sarpanch, the petitioners have got the sale deed executed for the lands belonging to the husband of the complainant and now the parties have settled the dispute out side

Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned APP pointed out that the learned Sessions Judge has also directed the petitioners to surrender and make prayer for bail which shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order passed by him. Having heard both sides and in view of the impugned order and submission that the parties have compromised the case outside the Court, let the petitioners surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on the basis that the parties have settled the dispute out side the Court and filed compromise petition also and considering the aforesaid aspect the court below shall pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court preferably on the same day.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
